Nutritional Philosophy

The goal of MEVSI nutritional philosophy is to increase the efficiency of the digestive system, and stimulate the body’s natural defenses to support the elimination process the natural way!

Nutrition is the key to getting results. Whether you are trying to get trim and lean, build muscle, or increase your athletic performance your nutrition is going to play a huge role in getting you to where you want to be.

Our nutritional philosophy is designed to increase the efficiency of the digestive system, and stimulate the body’s natural defenses to support the elimination process the natural way! Plus cut fat, build muscle, and give you the energy you need to out perform the competition in a three phase program that you can take with the rest of your life.

We are not interested in having you counting your calories or having you cut nutrients out of your diet. To increase metabolism (your fat burning energy center) you must maintain and build muscle (your metabolism) and to do that you must eat the right foods.

Phase 1 - Natural Cleansing

During this phase you are allowed only fruits, vegetables, raw nuts, spices, and water. Try to cook your vegetables as little as possible to retain their nutritional value. The softer the vegetable the less it needs to be cooked. Eat as much as you like, but remember, even though the calories are not as dense, you can still gain weight. For optimum results make sure you follow your physical training.
