Motivation and Support

There are points in one's life where motivation and support is needed. As personal trainers, we give it on almost a daily basis. You may say because of the pay we have to, but those who are truly passionate about health and fitness will go above and beyond. I truly feel that every one should have their own motivational and support team in whatever lies in their hearts that they are passionate about.

Yes my company is called MEVSI, which the meaning may deal with three major factors in one personal life, but there is a hidden fourth that comes from the outside, and I believe it's very important. In your adolescent years you probably loved hearing your family saying what a good job you are doing, coming to all your events and giving you that’s ok speech. I have one question, why does it leave in some individuals life. What changes in your life that all that support disappears. Well what ever it may be, I feel it shouldn't happen. Support from a love goes a very long way, especially when you are passionate about what you are pursuing. That feeling you got in your adolescent years, should be there in your adult years.

As you matured in life you have meet a lot of people that started and ended many different types of relationship, from friendship to marriage and everything in between. The support and motivation you get from those people goes hand in hand with support you get from your family. I once heard a fighter say that he separate himself from the outside world and surround himself with people of like mind to get ready for a fight. Same thing applies to you in your life. You want to be successful, surround yourself around successful people, that can teach, motivate and give you support in your endeavors.

For those individuals giving the motivation and support, make sure it is genuine because you never know how far it may go in that persons life. If you see the passion in that person eyes, spread their word, spread their passion, let others know and be a networking system for them. I say encourage their strong point and help them with there weak points. Be courteous not condescending; give advice, but don’t force your opinions on them.

Once again it is a battle within yourself to get the job done, but a dash of motivation and a sprinkle of support can make the meal taste even better. It’s you vs. you, It’s MEVSI!
